Joa Sherman graduated from Clark Atlanta University and then continued his education at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school Mr. Sherman worked in an entertainment law firm and handled recording contracts, side artist agreements and endorsement deals with many major recording labels. Upon completion of the BAR exam Mr. Sherman worked as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in the Galveston County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Sherman matriculated through the DA's office maintaining both a Criminal and a Juvenile docket. Mr. Sherman's primary areas of practice include Criminal, Juvenile, Family, Entertainment, and Personal Injury.
